The Perfect Pizza

Our Pizza dough is handmade by our very own Ed Redmond. Trained by a Pizza World Champion Francesco Santo and following the classic thin-based Neapolitan Pizza style. Using only the finest natural Italian ingredients, including type “00” flour & Marzano Tomatoes for the most authentic taste, this Pizza dough is a one of a kind. Scientifically designed by Francesco, named “HQHD” (High Quality & Healthy Digestion). It is made over a two-day period of fermentation and a very small amount of yeast, the result is that our dough is healthy, digestible and full of that authentic Italian flavour.

Fresh Cut Chips
All potatoes used for our chips are peeled and prepared daily on our premises. We generally use Maris Piper potatoes which are famous for their crispy coating and soft fluffy inside creating the perfect chip. When not in season, we choose other varieties that are grown specifically to produce great quality tasty chips. We never use any whiteners or preservatives in our chips.
Ocean Fresh Fish

We use “frozen-at-sea” fish which is filleted and frozen within 4 hours of being caught. This retains the full flavour and freshness of the fish. Our fish is then freshly battered to order with our secret batter, tested and perfected for years. A customer favourite, that always sells out, so get your order in early!
